What a fantastic project this was! We completely reimagined this home from the attic to the ground floor unlocking its full potential through our “Law of Missed Opportunities” approach: seeing every possibility, and making it count.

On the ground floor, we created a fully self-contained apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The style is calm and warm, seamlessly fitting into the overall design while offering complete independence and comfort.

The first floor was redesigned to become the heart of the home where cooking, dining, relaxing, and togetherness all come together. We carefully considered flow, sightlines, and natural light to match how people truly live.

The showpiece? The kitchen. Bold, characterful, and rich in color, it sets the tone for the entire space. Even the coffee corner and ceiling lighting were included in the color concept, creating a stunning ton-sur-ton effect and a uniquely cohesive atmosphere.

Upstairs, we redesigned the main bathroom to make much better use of the same footprint. Without increasing the size, we’ve significantly improved the layout, functionality, and aesthetics.
